Last Wednesday evening it started snowing and it continued through most of Thursday. When we woke up Thursday AM we had over 12 inches and a few more were added as the day went on. We got out and sledded a bit Thursday afternoon but the majority of our fun came Friday after we finished up school with the kids. The sun was out and it was a cool but gorgeous day. We had a blast, we built snow forts, snowmen, threw snowballs and had all sorts of fun. While we are all really ready for spring it was a fun time and given that it is Colorado and April the weather warmed and all of that snow is pretty much gone. But the giggles and memories live on.
