Museum and Clint’s Birthday…

To celebrate Clint’s birthday last week we spent the day at the History and Science Museum and had a great day. They had a huge Apollo exhibit going on that we got tickets to and really enjoyed going through and learning about. We basically had that exhibit to ourselves. There was also a really neat Oceans exhibit with blue lights through most of it which made it lots of fun. The Hall of Life is always a favorite one for the kids because of all the interactive displays and the dinosaur hall is always a big one. We of course did the rocks and minerals and regular space exhibit as well. Although I’m pretty sure the kids were just as impressed by the person-sized dinosaur puppet as well as the escalators. I don’t know what it is with kids and escalators but they loved riding those stairs up and down. I always tell them to wait till we go back to Korea because all the subway stations have so many escalators they are going to love it. We had a great day, when we got home we enjoyed big glasses of hot chocolate and enjoyed the chance to celebrate Clint’s birthday.
