We had a great Thanksgiving this year. We started out the morning a one of the local Turkey Trots, Caedmon, Leighton, Edric and myself did the 4 mile, while Clint, Paxton, Coppelia and Ember did the 2 mile. We actually met up at the spot where both courses met and so Edric walked the last mile with Clint and Coppelia and Ember and Paxton opted to run the last bit with the older boys and me. We had a great time and everyone did well. We had a great lunch with my parents, and didn’t have turkey but instead had steak and potatoes which everyone enjoys more. And then we spent the afternoon playing games, including Pictionary Air which was a blast. It was a really great day to just spend as a family being thankful for all the things that we have and our memories and the people in our lives.
