Sometimes when there is just too much ugliness in the world you just need to go on a hike, so that’s what we did this past weekend. We loaded the kids up early and headed to Hall Ranch where Clint and I have trail ran many times before but the kids have never been there. Attitudes were good, the day was beautiful and we couldn’t have asked for a better hike. We saw a few deer along the way and luckily didn’t run in to any snakes. In the end we hiked 8.8 miles and had a great time doing it.
