Paxton’s 3rd Package

I have not been good about blogging lately but I’m trying to get caught up. And so even though I mailed Paxton’s 4^th package yesterday I realized I never shared his 3^rd package photos. Oops!

So let’s start with the fun toys. Caedmon was shopping with me at Target one day after speech while we were running errands and helped me find the little monkey that makes noises and plays music. I held up a few different toys and he chose that one as the one to get. Also sent a little truck that has beads that roll and shake around in the back part. I remember reading and learning that soaps and lotions for kiddos is on the expensive side in Korea so I included the bottle of baby soap in it. I included some baby squeezey food or whatever people call those packages of food. This one is a combo of apples, green beans and raisins, and I have to be honest, I’m not so sure that that sounds the most appetizing. And I actually didn’t get a photo of when everything was all packed up but there was enough room to include another squeezey thing as well, I’m not sure the flavor of that one. To finish it off I included a little thing of lotion for foster mom.

I also included these sweet onsies. They look so little when I hold them up even though they are 9 month size, and they were just too cute with their sayings and little pictures. I realize I likely wil never see him in these unless he happens to wear them to his monthly check in and I get photos of it, but I’m hoping he’s styling his way around Seoul.

And so that’s the package. I feel bad, so far I have yet to get everything ready in time to get a letter written and then translated for foster mom to include in the package but maybe for package #5 (since I mailed package 4 today and to spoil any surprise managed to forget to include a letter in that one too!). I am selfishly hoping that maybe with this month’s photos I’ll get to see him with the package…

And so with each little package I am reminding myself that we are one day closer, and while it seems miles away still, it is slowly coming.
