And May has come to an end. We finished up school early in the month but that didn’t seem stop or slow down all the things. Between piano recital, end of the year awards banquets for scouts and Heritage Girls, cello recital, 5th grade Sunday school graduation, ballet recital, guitar recital, Hawaii celebration, Apex awards, apex music recitals, and really I’m not even sure what else, we made it. And everyone did great at all their things. And there have been many smiles along the way (and naps snuck during cello recitals) and maybe a random orphaned duck rescued out of a river after a recital because why not. (clearly May was not crazy enough so we added an orphaned duck named Philbert to my bathroom to raise). Ultimately it has been a great year but we are all very thankful that now it is summer!
