As is standard for May the past week we have had multiple performances and recitals. Everyone did great. We started with Leighton’s piano recital and he did really well. Then Wednesday we had our final kindergarten graduation. Coppelia was so excited and in her mind 1st grade is just amazing, I hope it lives up to all her expectations. She was so excited and told us multiple times that she got to lead everyone and have her graduation first. I told her it was because her last name starts with an A, but I think she is convinced it is just because she is awesome and that’s why she went first. Which she is pretty special. Paxton’s class played a song with rhythm sticks and then Caedmon’s string ensemble class played and Edric’s music explorers class also played drums and ukuleles. Saturday was ballet recital day for Caedmon who danced in 4 pieces and Coppelia who danced with her ballet class and both did amazing. And we finished up the week with Caemdon’s cello recital which he did great at. It was actually the first time his teacher heard him play in person because all of the lessons have been virtual. It has been a full week but so fun to celebrate all the kids and their accomplishments and hard work.
