Clint and I have both wondered since Paxton came home what his vision was like. He always held things really close, and while I know most kids bring things really close he just seemed to bring them closer compared to the other kids. He often would tell us “I don’t see them” when we’d ask him to go pick up the toys in the yard or the socks on the floor. So we finally had it confirmed at his first eye appointment a couple of weeks ago. His vision is about the same as Leighton’s and Clint’s and way better than mine ever were (pre-surgery for me). Last Thursday he picked up his new glasses. The guy is little and I was concerned that there wouldn’t be any that fit his little face and small nose bridge well but he picked these out and really likes them. He’s still getting use to wearing them but doing a pretty good job of rocking the glasses.
