On Saturday we got our garden planted. I came up with a good plan this year and the kids were a huge help. I would have one kid come and help with each row and then switch out, they all like to plant but to keep the chaos in check this definitely worked better than things I’ve tried in the past. I also had the younger kids plant the larger seeds and the older kids plant the smaller seeds. I may still end up with 800 carrots in one spot but at least most things got pretty well spread out. Clint did all the hoeing and laid out our drip line which was a huge help. We had a lot of fun and are all very excited for what our garden is going to produce this year!
