Tuesday evening the kids got a chance to meet Johanna their new baby cousin. Heidi and Josh are staying during the week at my parent’s house because their house is under re-construction. The kids were very excited to meet her, but on the drive over to my parents house we reviewed a number of times using quiet voices, washing our hands and being slow and gentle. The kids all did a really good job and they all enjoyed the chance to hold her. Caedmon especially wanted to hold her, he asked after everyone else’s turn if he could hold her again. It will be a lot of fun watching all them grow up together. My parents are going to watch Johanna a couple of days a week when Heidi goes back to work so they will get lots of chances to watch her grow and to teach her all that they know.
