It has been a busy couple of weekends with state gymnastics meets. Leighton had his in Denver on March 20th, and Paxton’s was this past Saturday the 26th. Both boys did great, they didn’t place high enough to earn any medals but both improved so much this past year and improved their all around scores a bunch. It has been fun to watch Leighton get stronger and do more skills and to watch Paxton learn and grow in his skills and have fun with his team. Paxton is excited to start learning new skills for next season and Leighton is getting ready for Regionals in a couple of weeks and learning some new skills along the way. When I ask Paxton how his practices went he always shows me his big muscles.
